Diesel Heater Error Codes E01–E10: Troubleshooting Guide for YAH-A2209 Bluetooth LCD

Is your diesel heater flashing an E01 or E08 error code on your display? Don't let the cold ruin your night.

Official Fault Code Table (YAH-A2209)

When the heater fails, the corresponding logo and fault code will blink on the display. Use the table below to find the exact cause and solution:

Code Fault Cause Solution
E01 Startup failure Check if the fuel tank is empty. Check the fuel pipe for blockages or air bubbles.
E02 Lack of fuel The sensor detected no fuel. Check your tank and refill if necessary.
E03 Voltage Overrun Check battery output: 12V Heater (9V–16V); 24V Heater (18V–30V).
E04 Outlet sensor fault Check the sensor plugin. If it's connected but still failing, replace the sensor.
E05 Inlet sensor fault This usually indicates an internal ECU issue. Replace the ECU if the connection is fine.
E06 Pulse pump fault

Check the fuel pump plug. If the connection is secure but the pump isn't clicking, it's time for an upgrade.

E07 Fan fault Check if the fan is blocked by debris. Check the plugin or replace the fan motor.
E08 Ignition unit fault Check the ignition plug connection. If the heater blows white smoke but won't start, your glow plug is likely failing.
E09 Overheating Check the air inlet and outlet for blockages. Ensure the heater has enough space to breathe.
E10 Overheat sensor fault Check the sensor plugin. If the connection is okay, the sensor may be faulty.
